Need an Official Docket or Record?
The Grundy County Circuit Clerk is the documented local contact for court docket and record routing. The clerk’s office can explain whether a case is searchable through Missouri Case.net, whether a public document can be viewed remotely or on a courthouse terminal, and how to request a plain or certified copy. Give the office a case number when available. Otherwise, provide the case style, document name, approximate date, and the division involved.

Where to Get Court Information
Use Missouri Case.net for the official statewide public case index and docket search. Use the Circuit Clerk for Grundy Circuit, associate, probate, municipal-routing, and certified-copy questions. A citation marked RSMo is a state-law matter; an ordinance citation marked ORD. can require municipal or city routing. The county prosecutor’s office can explain prosecution-side state-versus-ordinance routing, but it is not the docket-copy counter or an emergency crime-reporting office.
Federal civil, criminal, and bankruptcy matters are not Case.net cases. The official federal route is PACER and the Western District of Missouri clerk. For driver-license information rather than a court case record, use the Missouri Department of Revenue. Each office maintains a different record.
